Pro Quality Auto Services Corp provides consulting and advisory services only. We educate and guide clients on:

— How to purchase vehicles at US auctions (Copart, IAAI, Manheim)
— How to manage the export and international shipping of vehicles
— Import regulations by destination country
— How to source technology products wholesale from US distributors

IMPORTANT: We are a consulting company, NOT an intermediary, broker, or agent. This means:

— We do NOT purchase vehicles or products on behalf of clients
— We do NOT handle payments for vehicle or product purchases
— We do NOT arrange shipping, freight forwarding, or customs clearance
— We do NOT provide legal, financial, or tax advice
— We do NOT guarantee specific outcomes, auction prices, or availability

All decisions regarding purchases, shipping, and imports are made solely by the client. Our services are informational and educational in nature.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

— Be at least 18 years of age
— Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
— Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law

Our services are intended for business purposes or for individuals making purchasing decisions for personal or commercial use.

3. Consulting Fees and Payment

Initial consultation: The first 30-minute consultation is FREE with no obligation.

Paid services: Fees for consulting packages and sessions are disclosed prior to any purchase. All fees are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods:

— Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Braintree/PayPal
— Zelle (US bank accounts)
— PayPal
— USDT and other stablecoins (for clients in Venezuela)
— Wire transfer / ACH
— Western Union

Payment is due at the time of booking a paid consulting session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Taxes: Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction related to our services.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free initial consultations: Can be cancelled at any time with no penalty.

Paid consulting sessions:

— Full refund available if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
— Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
— No refund for sessions cancelled less than 1 hour before or for no-shows.

Consulting packages:

— Full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided no sessions have been conducted.
— Partial refund for unused sessions after the 7-day period (prorated).
— No refund once all sessions in a package have been completed.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We specifically disclaim:

— Any guarantee of specific outcomes from following our advice
— Accuracy or completeness of third-party information (auction prices, import regulations, freight costs)
— Fitness of our services for any particular purpose
— That information provided will be free of errors or current at the time of consultation

Import regulations, auction prices, shipping costs, and other market conditions change frequently. Clients are responsible for verifying current regulations with appropriate authorities in their country before making any purchases.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Quality Auto Services Corp and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

— Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
— Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
— Decisions made based on our consulting advice
— Actions or inactions of third parties (auctioneers, freight forwarders, customs agents)
— Changes in import regulations after a consultation
— Auction bids placed by clients based on our guidance

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific consulting session giving rise to the claim.

7. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

— Provide accurate and complete information about your situation and goals
— Make your own independent decisions regarding purchases and imports
— Verify all regulatory requirements with appropriate authorities in your country
— Work with licensed customs agents and freight forwarders for actual logistics
— Comply with all applicable laws in the USA and your destination country
— Not use our services for illegal purposes

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and consulting materials — is the property of Pro Quality Auto Services Corp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

— Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
— Use our brand name or logo without authorization
— Record or share consulting sessions without explicit written consent

Consultation content shared with you is for your personal use only and may not be resold or distributed.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
