This Refund Policy applies to all consulting services purchased through our website or directly from our team.

1. Free Initial Consultation

Your first 30-minute consultation with our team is completely FREE.

— No payment required to book
— Cancel or reschedule at any time with no penalty
— No automatic charges after the free consultation

2. Individual Paid Sessions

For individual paid consulting sessions (30 or 60 minutes):

Full refund (100%):

— If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
— If we cancel or reschedule due to circumstances on our end

Rescheduling option (no refund):

— If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, you may reschedule once at no additional charge
— The rescheduled session must occur within 30 days

No refund:

— If you cancel less than 1 hour before the session
— If you do not show up for a scheduled session (no-show)
— If the session has already been conducted

3. Consulting Packages

For consulting packages (multiple sessions bundled together):

Full refund (100%):

— Requested within 7 calendar days of purchase
— No consulting sessions have been conducted yet

Prorated refund:

— Requested after 7 calendar days
— For sessions not yet conducted
— Calculated as: (unused sessions / total sessions) x amount paid

No refund:

— All sessions in the package have been completed
— The client violated our Terms of Service

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

— Sessions that have already been conducted
— Processing fees charged by payment providers (Braintree, PayPal, etc.)
— Any additional materials or resources already delivered
— Consulting sessions where the client was a no-show without prior notice

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the applicable timeframe:

1. Email us at: proqualityautoservicescorp@gmail.com
2. Subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Date of Purchase]"
3. Include: your name, email used for booking, date of purchase, reason for refund

We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day and process your refund request within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method:

— Credit/Debit card: 5-10 business days
— PayPal / Zelle: 1-3 business days
— Wire transfer: 3-7 business days
— Crypto (USDT): 1-2 business days

6. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our resolution of your refund request, you may:

1. Contact us again to escalate your concern
2. Contact your payment provider to initiate a chargeback (for card payments)

We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. We ask that you contact us directly before initiating any chargeback, as we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
